Terms & Conditions for Advocate Diary - Digital Note Book for Advocates
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Advocate Diary platform, developed by HRSOFTBD. By accessing or using the Advocate Diary app or services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
To use Advocate Diary you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. By using the app, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To access certain features of the Advocate Diary app, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.
If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, We grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Advocate Diary for personal or professional purposes.

Advocate Diary offers different subscription plans, as outlined in the app. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis, and you agree to pay the applicable fees for the plan you choose.
Subscription Plans:
Payments are processed via secure methods and you authorize us to charge your account for the applicable subscription fees. Advocate Diary reserves the right to modify the subscription fees or offer different plans at any time.
We may offer free trials or promotional periods. If you are using a free trial, it will be subject to the duration and terms of the promotion. At the end of the free trial or promotional period, you may be asked to provide payment information to continue using the service.
Note: Users who register between January and February 2025 will enjoy free access to subscription fees and 50 free SMS messages until June 2025.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Advocate Diary if we believe that you have violated these Terms or for any other reason, at our discretion. Upon termination, you may lose access to your account, and you will not be entitled to any refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HRSOFTBD and its affiliates, partners, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue or business interruption.
Advocate Diary reserves the right to modify or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time, and any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." By continuing to use the app after any changes, you agree to the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
